Our Clients

“Dennis Eagle is the leading supplier of refuse collection vehicles to the UK and has a significant presence in Australia and the EU.
During the past 10 years, TVS ITS  has been Dennis Eagle’s sole supplier of technical publications. This has included every aspect of the job from information gathering,  technical authorship, compilation of manuals, all illustrations and schematics, translations into numerous languages and the introduction of a bespoke electronic parts catalogue and parts distribution system supplying all countries where our products are marketed.
In my experience they have always been very customer focussed and proactive, and always strive to achieve the highest quality products within the agreed timescales despite constantly changing requirements with which they have coped exceptionally well.
All of the TVS SCS team are friendly, helpful and reliable and it has, and will continue to be, a pleasure to work with them for the foreseeable future.”
“We have used TVS ITS for a number of electronic display projects for the off-highway vehicle sector. Not only do they have a thorough understanding of the technical requirements, but it is their creativity that sets them apart from the competition. This has added huge value to their services and in turn, our products.”
Julian Athawes, Director - Halomec
“I am in charge of Aftermarket projects for Renault Trucks. I have been working with TVS since 2010, when we tasked them with the production of the aftermarket documentation (spare parts catalog, operator’s handbook, repair manuals etc.) for one of our range of vehicles, plus the corresponding translations. I really appreciate the professionalism of teams in TVS: their knowledge and experience both at a technical level and in the creation of this type of documentation. My contacts at TVS are very reactive, make every effort to respond to our requests and in addition are very friendly.”
“During September 2013, TVS SCS completed a graphical package for use in our refuse collection vehicles from initial concepts through to delivery of a complete graphical package – in the exact format as required. This involved creating professional-looking graphics (unique to our organisation), presenting a common theme across different products – all handled by a dedicated and committed media specialist.”
“I think the EPC is a fantastic tool that provides the end user with a comprehensive and easy to navigate ordering solution.  It helps them identify the correct part and leads to a reduction in any “wrong part ordering”. This has been a real benefit to my operation”

About TVS Supply Chain Solutions

TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS) is a global provider of world class, end-to-end supply chain services for the Automotive, Beverage, Utilities, Industrial and Defence markets.

We are specialists in receiving, processing, forecasting and delivering raw materials and manufacturing components to feed our customer’s production lines and also in supplying customer engineers with aftermarket parts to repair and maintain their equipment.

TVS SCS operates from five locations across the UK including Bicester, Crick, North Luffenham, Wakefield and our head office in Chorley. TVS SCS has other facilities within Europe in Spain and Germany and our partner Rico Logistics (a recent TVSL acquisition who specialise in same day delivery) also operate within Portugal, Italy and Switzerland. TVSL have further facilities across Asia in India, Thailand and China and also within the USA which is helping us to deliver a range of supply chain services to customers who export their products on a global scale.

TVS SCS is owned by parent company TVS Logistics which has its global HQ in India but operates across Europe, Asia and the USA. TVSL is one of the world’s fastest growing supply chain specialists which aims to grow to a $1bn group and launch an IPO on the Indian Stock Exchange by 2015. The majority of TVSL is owned by TVS & Sons, which is part of a $6bn group with 100 year history.

TVS SCS in the UK is also over 100 year’s old and started life as the Lancashire Steam Traction Company which later became the iconic Leyland Motors. The supply chain management division of the business was formed in the 1990’s from the parts division of Leyland Motors. Whilst the company’s heritage was derived from the automotive sector, we later diversified into other markets and now provide a range of specialist services which set us apart as a market-leading 4PL provider.

Our tailor made capabilities include: inventory management; funding and control; supplier management; warehousing; packaging; inbound and outbound transport and logistics; same day delivery; kitting; sequencing; IT software for planning and costing, Electronic Product Catalogues for immediate and accurate online ordering and client or consumer product literature.

In addition, we also provide a comprehensive range of OE and aftermarket van parts through the Multipart and LDV brands.

We have a number of long term partnerships with customers such as the UK MoD, MBDA, ALC, Cummins, Brush, Perkins, Dennis Eagle, Optare, JCB, Isuzu, Ford, Amtek, Federal Mogul, Molson Coors, Diageo and Greene King. The diversity of our service offering means we can just as easily help to extend the lifespan of MoD construction vehicles as provide Diageo with all their UK draught beer founts for Guinness.

TVS SCS is an ethical company and is always interested in talking to the right people. We are excited to hear from individuals with the right abilities, and skill-sets required to develop and enhance our business and its range of services. In the ITS team we are always keen to hear from individuals who have experience in engineering and visual communications disciplines.
